Everyone was polite and professional. I did not expect my MRI to be on a bus. I had never imagined it would not be in an office space.

Fine but customer service placed me at a different location than requested and I never received any confirmation of the appointment after the initial call.

The receptionist was very friendly and efficient, and the sonographer was very efficient and very friendly and the office was very clean and professional looking. New signage is needed to make it clear that Raleigh Radiology is in the same building as the WakeMed offices. It is very confusing to locate.

Everyone was very friendly and was in and out pretty quickly.

I had three procedures done. Each technician was very professional, very responsive and very easy to relax with so the procedures, mammogram, CT Scan and Ultrasound were less nervous-stress making.

It was easy, convienent, and the staff are friendly.

Check in was very easy. Front desk person was very nice and welcoming. The person providing the scan was efficient and well prepared. The process was very quick and I was out in a timely manner.
