Scan went quickly. Technician was friendly and efficient.

The problem was only about the scheduling. multiple phone calls to schedule -was given incorrect information with first person I spoke too. She told me that I had to have an authorization which is incorrect with my insurance, so she wouldn't schedule me. I had to call my Dr.s office to verify I was correct.The Last scheduler I spoke to was able navigate the issue and was able to fix it and schedule me asap. The actual procedure and the office was very well done.

This is the 2nd time visiting this location of Raleigh Radiology. Both visits exceeded my expectations. The front office staff and the staff who perform the procedures are excellent! The office is spotless! I have never waited more than 5 minutes to be seen. Love them!

I was surprised there was no one at the desk to check me out. I thought I needed to pay, but there was no one there to ask.

Wait time was minimal to none; staff was through in explaining what to expect and made me comfortable during the procedure.
