Technician was very pleasant as well as professional. She answered all my questions. She also took care of me for the bone density test, which was scheduled the same day. That made it so convenient in that I did not have to travel a second time to the same place on the same day.

Lauren (Laura?), registration. She greeted every customer w a smile. She had a "can-do" attitude when we met a hiccup w/ approval for the test because an authorization specialist forgot 1 number from my insurance. Blaine, Rad Tech courteously directed me to the exam and explained in clear language what will happen. I am miffed that the insurance number error occurred and I was not informed until my arrival and registration. I received several calls from a RR representative the day prior to traveling 1 HR to your location. I tried at least 6 times in 1 hour to re-turn her call. The telephone cue system was time consuming and led to a dead end: go to the website. The reason for the call was not determined, hence I traveled to you location. Fortunately, Lauren (Laura?) and I navigated through the insurance authorization.
