I got my time wrong, and ended up early by about an hour. Even though I told them not to worry about my wait, they got me in, did my two tests and I was headed to my car before my original appointment time. Great service!

My visit went very well. The staff was professional and courteous making the whole experience seamless.

The only thing that was a little troubling was being told to be there at 8:15 for an 8:30 appointment and then sitting in the waiting room for 20 minutes. I had done the online check in. All I had to do was pay my co pay. I’m sure you have a reason though for telling patients to do that. I always try to be early for appointments but maybe not that early! As far as the actual test and personnel, it was fine. No complaints.
