I was very frustrated when I showed up for my 8;30am appointment (all confirmations via text and email to prove time slot) at 8:15am to be told that my appointment was at 9:15. The only saving grace was your stage was still able to get me in closer to my 8:30 appointment time. This is n unacceptable business practice to change appointments but not notify your patients. I have a job and my time off request was for a specific time period. Please look into this issue so that others are not inconvenienced. Also this is supposed to be an annual mammogram but they didn’t have me check out to set up my next appointment. Definitely not your usual 5-star service. Your people on-site were amazing.
