Time was expected- no long wait- front desk staff was pleasant, welcoming and attentive. Got my scan done and was in and out of my appointment.

I arrived a little early for my appointment. I had checked in prior to arriving and all was verified quickly when I did arrive. Wait was short and everything with my appointment went smooth and quick. Everyone was very nice and professional. In and out without any issues.

I had a mammogram and Pam was my radiologist. She was fantastic, very gentle and accommodating. She made sure she got the right angles and that everything was shown on the screen for an accurate reading. I will always ask for Pam for my mammograms.

I had preregistered, so check-in went smoothly, and the lady at the desk was very friendly and helpful. The technician who worked with me was very kind, skilled and efficient.

Blane was the technician and he was on point, greeted me timely and was super efficient, the scan was completed quickly and he thanked me for dressing appropriately for the scan -- just to be clear, I researched it before arriving and noticed on this radiation/bone scan requirements are: no metal buttons, no jewelry, no zippers, no metal, and I let him know I had two metal plates in my ankle {which was not being scanned) everything went well, thank you!
