This was the first time using your facility. It was very clean, the young lady at the counter was very pleasant and helpful. Teresa was the woman who came to take me to the MRI and was very upbeat and nice to talk to and made getting into the MRI easier. The only thing I think needs to be addressed is the way to have your shoulder put into a small cup like thing. If you are a larger person and an older person it was hard to get into. But very happy with everything else.

My RT, Pam, was very professional, courteous, and helpful with my routine exam.
