Everyone was very nice. The receptionist was on a personal phone call when I arrived, and she continued to be on the phone while I was waiting. She had the person on speaker phone, so I could hear both sides of the conversation. I work in an office, and I know that people make personal phone calls, but not on speaker phone. I thought that it was unprofessional. It was very early, and I was the only person there though. I wish the MRI people had stayed in communication with me during the MRI. It would have been nice to hear something like, you're doing well, only two more minutes with this scan, etc. They did communicate with me when it was time fo rthe contrast. At that point, she said I only had 5 minutes left. During the scan, I was not able to hear any music. After the 5 minute warning, I finally started to hear it. Most of this is just minor, but since you asked, I thought I would mention it.
