Here’s a suggestion for your survey response: I had an excellent experience at the radiology center. The staff was incredibly friendly and made a big difference in my visit. I was feeling scared and nervous about my appointment, but they went out of their way to make me feel calm, cool, and relaxed. Everyone I interacted from the front desk to the ladies conducting the MRI were kind, warm, and reassuring, and I truly appreciated their care and professionalism. Thank you for making what could have been a stressful experience so much easier!
