Staff was professional and friendly.

Personnel were great. Experience was fine. However the scheduling needs to be corrected.. I had a 9:15 appointment per the notice I received. I went online and filled out all of the data requested before I came to your site. I arrived before 9:15 and checked in and was confirmed that all of my data was complete. At 9:45 I asked why I had not been called in for my MRI. I was told that my appointment was 9:40 to allow time for me to fill out the data forms that I had previously done from home. Why was I not told that the 9:15 time was for filling out forms and that I could arrive at 9:40?

Check in desk - very welcoming, associate had great personality Short wait time Alyssa completed my mammogram. She was very kind, made me feel comfortable, and explained what we were doing every step of the way. Great experience!

Raleigh Radiology was extremely professional and provided prompt service. Even though having an MRI doesn’t top the list of things I want to do, Raleigh Radiology made the experience very pleasant and took very good care of me.

Everyone was friendly, professional, and explained all info well.

Didn't have to wait long but just in the back MRI lol
