Get a new wifi provider, whitesky goes out way too much and takes too long to get it back on. Maintenance doesnt even solve the problems half the time, but say they do. Trash service is not good because we were never home during the allotted times, so we were forced to pay for the service even though we took out our own trash. By far the biggest issue was the wifi provider though, i had to buy new data plans so that i could actually still work and use my phone it was ridiculous.

For our full year-long lease, we couldn't get our window screens replaced despite putting in several work orders. The screens had been torn to shreds by a tree outside before we moved in, and toward the end of our lease, those branches finally got cut down but we still got no replacement. We have cats and we also didn't want bugs coming in, so we could hardly open our windows on a nice day during our full year there. :'( It was frustrating. Otherwise, everything else was good, especially in comparison to our old place and our other options.

It’s a nice apartment building. I was fond of the quality of the pool and gym. I think that my 1 bedroom apartment was very cozy.

I would love to see if the maintenance service speed is increased in time cause if you request the maintenance now it might be completed after three or four days, but by the time the situation might get worse in some situation what are we repairing or etc.?

Find a better way or make better signage so delivery drivers know where to go. Listen to residents when they come to the office instead of just pushing it off.

Clean the halls and stairways much more often. Probably put some smell stuff in the hallways as well because they’ve stunk for almost 2 years now
