I do notice mostly the stairwells get particularly dirty, but the hallways do too and sometimes the odor leeches into the apartment which is unpleasant. Additionally, shortly after moving in we called the maintenance number provided multiple times to leave a voicemail and were told we would receive a call back, but never did.
