The staff is very attentive and they do their job well

I was so so nervous. I had not seen a dentist in over 15 years as my past experiences were so horrific . The office system is so good I barely sat down when they called me in. The dental assistant was so sweet so honest and so compassionate. She was so careful taking images and explained so much to me about procedures and her work. THe doctor came to evaluate quickly and was as honest and compassionate and gentle as the dental assistant. We have a plan and I will get my smile back. I know it was just the first visit but I am so grateful for their compassionate care and thorough exam and explanations. I have found my forever dentist

I was there for the first time,front desk is very polite and friendly,Dental assistants are nice,and kind,Dr looked really professional,hope his advice will help me in my case.

Dr did not do an adequate job explaining what the problem is - still do not have a plan.

The reception is not friendly. When I had to check out, there was no acknowledgement that I was waiting. No "I will be with you shortly" they just l ignored me.This has not been the 1st time the staff is rude. Usually reception staff is not friendly or welcoming.The oral surgeon was also a bit rude, and did not read my file on why I had an appt scheduled with him.

I had no idea what exactly was being done. All I was told was bonding! What did that mean, what did that entail, what was going to be different after it was done?
