Maybe some upfront explanation on the theft protection charge?Excellent customer service. My sales rep, Jake, was very understanding and knowledgeable and did everything he could to make me comfortable with my decision and to accomodate me .. Absolutely NO PRESSURE! He answers all my questions and concerns, even AFTER the sale! I'd have to say his support and identification with my concerns was well beyond the ability of most for his younger age. He should be very valued by your organization. Also Danny was a class act and I never felt pressured from him either.As far as the vehicle I purchased, there are pros and cons. I'm not totally comfortable in it due to its small size, although I do like the gas mileage. It does seem a little cheap with some of the appointments. But that's the make of the car and I am hopeful it will give me longevity without issues. Most customer reviews are very good, but professsional reviewers are not as positive on the performance of the car. It will take some time adjusting to the CVT transmission and car noises and quirks.
