I dropped my Outlander off at 7 am because your website said service dept. is open 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Since it wasn't open, I left my vehicle and put the key in the night drop. No one had the opportunity to do the first three things on the list. I needed to go to work.They listened to what I was telling them and fixed everything. Thankfully, it was covered under warranty. Randy communicated with me throughout the service letting me know what was going on.
