I did not give this aspect the top rating, because in the Mitsubishi app, you cannot schedule an appointment. You have to call in. The call was very expeditiously handled but it would be nicer to just click an icon.Friendliness and proactively of staff, efficiency and quality of work done

Can't wait for the next service there. Fast and friendly all the way around.Stopped in to have a part replaced and oil change was told it wou be roughly and hour and a half. The service from check in to checking out was amazing. And received updates through out the process. While enjoying a coffee from their amazing coffee station. And before I knew it. I was driving out of there in my freshly washed outlander. And BTW the 2023 phev was not the car I was expecting it to be. It's way more then the family could have asked for.
