Christian simplifies things. Whenever I have a question he answers or solves a problem. I’m not sure what his position is but he’s a team player that gets things done. Maybe he’s the reason service dept runs so smooth.They have been honest from the outset. I bought the car over the phone. When I picked the car up the next day nothing changed - everything we agreed upon was the same.
