Great service

I did appreciate them helping with two issues I had with the car . A service is usually around half hour and thus too one hour fifteen minutes but he did two extra things for me and I think that is why took longer . Ty for the paint and changing bulb .

Service department was top notch as always! Service advisor was amazing as always and I have to tell you that we have been a long time Mercedes owner and I believe RC hills service department is as good if not better than Mercedes ! Thank you 🙏As Always great service

You did everything right!.The employes are excellent. Geo took care of my oil change, and some issues i had. I needed my phone connected to my car app. He saw to it all my requests were done. He was very present, and wanted to help. I really appreciated his help and attention.

I still ended up calling since it was not clear if it was a 'free" included service or not...Its quite cluttered with no clearly marked parking area for service that I saw...Overall it was very good. The downside was there were numerous new options the new vehicle came equipped with and my salesperson just assumed I knew about them since I was trading in a similar vehicle. I didn't.May just be my preference but I do feel every sale should warrant a call from the salesman about 1 week later just to inquire if everything is as expected. This is good business and provides an opportunity to ask questions if there is something unknown.
