fui este lunes pasado para mi servicio de cambio de aceite y filtro y estaban llenos y la señora que estaba en el front desk apesar que no hablabla español fue muy diligente y amable, me agendó para el dia siguiente y a mi comodidadanteriormente me han entregado mi vehiculo lavado, esta vez no fue asi,fuera muy agradable que entregaran los autos lavados aunque sea algo sencillo pero que agrade al cliente cuando recibe su auto despues de un servicio,llevo ya alrededor de mas de un año llevando mi vehiculo a este centro de servicio y hasta ahora no tengo ningun problema, siempre que tengo una duda busco al Sr. Omar que habla español y amablemente me aclara mis dudas, muy agradecida. Lo unico que puedo decir de ésta última visita que tuve es que me entregaron mi vehiculo sin lavar cuando normalmente me lo lavan, no es un "big issue" pero que cliente no le gustaria que le lavaran su auto despues de un servicio?? algo que no lo deben ni de ofrecer, simplemente hacerlo sin preguntar.
