Super easy to make an appointment they take you when they say they’re going to take you and their staff is amazing especially Heidi. Heidi can be concise and business like with those customers and chatty and friendly with people like me. It’s not fake. It’s all real and while she’s dealing with every level of personality, she’s giving facts and options. Quite a pleasure to work with Heidi.
