There was a small defect in the bumper at delivery. During the purchase process I was told I’d receive a call to schedule bringing the car in. After a week, we didn’t receive a call and had to call ourselves. While not a major deal it was a little disappointing that we didn’t get the follow through we were promised.This is my fourth car and third outlander. Love buying from you guys!Easy purchase process. No pressure atmosphere.
