Car dealerships tend to get a bad rap, but everyone I have ever dealt with at RC Hill Mitsubishi Deland has always been respectful, trustworthy and friendly - in a low pressure, genuine way. I have never felt pressured here on an upsell, either with my initial vehicle purchase in 2022 or in my regular oil changes / check ups with the service department since then. It is one of the few businesses where I consistently feel like the staff genuinely want the customer to leave satisfied at the end of the day, rather than being forcefully polite or driven by commissions. I have never had a Mitsubishi before this but based on the service at RC Hill Deland, I will be a customer for life.Disappointed in the check-in this time. No one there at the service check-in area to greet us when we pulled up. Unclear where to leave the car. Asked by an employee to move car out of the way so they could pull through in another vehicle. Had to park and go inside and ask where we should put our car then to leave it there unattended with the keys inside. Not really comfortable doing this.Always great, friendly and reliable service.
