Amazing service! First, I noticed 4 of my tires were showing cracks on the sidewalls which after 5 years is higher risk for a blowout with disregard of actual tread wear. I called 2 tire shops near me and the quotes were very similar I usually take 3 quotes ... so with low expectations since they are car dealership I called R.C. Hill Mitsubishi in Ocala and surprisingly I got a quote from the rep name Carlos that was slightly better than other 2 ... but driving 40 mins made it in the end less appeling. I made up my mind to go to closest tire shop when Carlos called me back and he said they had the tires I wanted ... but he wanted to know if I would be interested in a different brand but same size that currently had an offer on the month of April ... I told him "run the numbers and let me know" ... and numbers were simply worth driving 40 minutes to get those 4 tires. I asked him what time I could show up and he replied "I'll be here tomorrow at 8am". I went and less than 2 hours later he called me that the car was ready (tires mounted and balanced, 4 wheel alignments and a free car wash). I would still recommend anyone in similar situation to get 2 quotes but get the third one from Carlos and RC Hill in Ocala, my experience yesterday and today was that they will try to get you what you want ... but when available ... they will offer you a more affortable option. Thanks to Carlos and RC Hill Mitsubishi in Ocala for such an amazing experience and customer service!!!
