The team in Ocala is very knowledgeable., prompt, accurate. They pay attention to details. I’ve been to several dealerships and mechanics in my life and this one is the best. I just bought a house near Mitsubishi Ocala 👍Of all the shops I’ve been to before nobody pays attention to detail like these people in Ocala

My 2020 Mitsubishi Outlander is pushing 180,000 miles. As a retired mechanic , I perform many of the simpler maintenance operations. I leave the more complicated service to R C Hill Mitsubishi.I drive for a living (airport transportation). As a retired mechanic , I am meticulous when it comes to maintenance. On my most recent visit , I had a brake system flush and fill performed. I could have done it myself , but that would have taken 4 hours. R C Hill performed the operation in 35 minutes at a very reasonable price.

I asked them to price match and even got a quote from another Mitsubishi dealership and showed it to them, but they said they couldn't do it and still sold it to me at the same price. They clearly do not care about customer satisfaction or price matching. I feel they overcharged me.

The person who answered the phone was extremely rude and unprofessional.My car had been taken there the day before, but they only informed me the following afternoon about what the problem was and how much it would cost. I had no choice but to have it repaired there because other places were already closing.Very disappointing customer service. I would not recommend this location if you are planning to buy or service a car here.I was charged $322 for a tire that another Mitsubishi dealership confirmed costs about $248 for the exact same model. My home dealership even contacted them and told them the price difference was unreasonable, but they still refused to adjust the price.Since my car had been towed there after a flat tire, I had no real choice but to proceed with the service. It felt like they took advantage of the situation and knowingly overcharged me.After this experience, I am actually very glad that I purchased my vehicle from a different Mitsubishi location and not from this one.Because of this experience, I cannot recommend this dealership to anyone. Please be careful and double check prices before agreeing to any service here.Very disappointing customer service. (See the first answer I gave.) Elizabeth showed me a filthy cabin filter that did not belong to me to persuade me to purchase a new filter. I had already determined pay for the replacement filter but was disappointed that Elizabeth showed me a cabin filter that was not mine.I don't appreciate being deceived. The cabin filter I was shown was filthy and was not mine. I was disappointed that this tactic was used to persuade me to purchase a new cabin filter .Last visit some months ago I was told I needed the cabin filter replaced. I didn't have the money on me so deferred to the next visit. In the meantime I checked the filter myself and found very little dirt on it; but because I promised to have it changed this visit I paid for a new one. The filter I was shown on this visit was filthy and not likely my filter since I only had 25, 878 miles on my vehicle. I was disappointed that I was shown a filter that was not mine.
