Carlos is GREAT!That's easy: the people who work there! Everyone is knowledgeable, courteous, and at the top of their game! Over the years I have visited many Automobile Dealerships, and NONE of them is as good as RC Hill Mitsubishi!!!

There was a last minute change and the detailer did not do a good job. There was residue all over the interior and the “ceramic coating” package leaves a lot to be desired.The salesman Scott was great, couldn’t ask for a better experience. Finance manager was easy to talk to. Detailer needs a lesson on cleaning cars and properly applying ceramic coating.Would have liked a bit more information on the packages I purchased. Contacts info, how to make a claim, etc.Scott was great to work with and the dealership is a no pressure kind of place. Made the whole experience easy and rewarding.Not the fault of the dealer from my understanding. The vehicle I selected stated online that it had a sunroof. Upon arrival it did not, I showed Scott where it shows they have 30+ vehicles available that say they have a sunroof and that was not accurate. Scott was able to find a vehicle that had what we wanted and I am very thankful for his patience and determination.
