I wasn’t told my car was finished and not sure how long I was waiting in waiting room before I went to check on it.

This was my second time coming to RC Hill. I recently moved to the area and was happy to see a Mitsubishi Dealership within driving distance. Your facility was very welcoming. The coffee maker is AWESOME and has so many options. Everyone there was friendly and helpful. I do wish that when checking out, there was a printout stating the status off all inspections completed. My previous Mitsubishi Dealership had a color printed report with the "lifespan" of the items checked during my inspection. Other than that, my experience went very well. Thank you.
