The washer reservoir jug wasn’t filled.There was some haggling over price in terms. Nothing major.I first did business with RC Hill in March 2021 when I bought a leftover 2020 outlander. That close to 174,000 miles it hasn’t given me a days trouble.. buying my 2025 outlander sport was almost as easy. I wanted to pay cash, but they told me the only way I could get the price I wanted was to finance it. Fine. I’ll make three payments and then pay it off.While the sales staff was not all that knowledgeable about the vehicle itself, they were very friendly and helpful. Haggling over price was minimal. They finally got me the price I wanted.
