Originally scheduled appt. with Scott. He had a meeting run over time and connected me with Daniel’s and assured me that he would get me taken care of. Daniel was a great help, after a short period of time he got me into a brand new 2025 Outlander which myself family and myself love. Extremely thorough.. they go above and beyond every time I come in for an oil change. Very courteous and knowledgeable.

Only issue was the oil change setting wasn’t updated. I set it couple days later when the change oil warning came up.

Both the purchase of our vehicle and the first service were good experiences. The service department is who we just visited. They were very nice, fast getting the work done and even washed my Outlander!!

I have never had service done anywhere else. I drive an hour and a half to use RC Hill Mitsubishi, and I will continue to do so.They are professional and get you in and out in a timely fashion.

in March 2021. Your sales department was very fair with me when I bought my leftover 2020 Outlander. Speaking as an ex Mechanic myself your service department has been excellent. I do a good share of the vehicle maintenance myself (air filter, cabin air filter, spark, plugs, front brakes, etc. However , anything that requires special tools or knowledge , I bring to your service department that has always treated me fairly.On this particular day, my oil change appointment was for 1pm. I arrived before 11am. I told the staff “ I know you’re busy. I had a doctors appointment up the street and didn’t expect to get out this early. I brought a magazine to read so just take your time.” At 11.:45am Andrew told me my car was ready. I told him it wasn’t necessary take me ahead of others. Andrew said “It was no problem. I had a technician at the ready”
