He made the car buying experience extremely quick and easy. Also forgot his name but the sales manager was great also i spent very little time negotiating with him. Scott went to the sales manager and came back just to introduce himself as the manager and shake my hand congratulating me on my new car so there was no back and forth on price or trade in value on my trade.

I didn’t know the drum brakes lasted for 100,000 miles. And I had my brakes serviced in NY and had requested all new brakes. Just days after… The drum brakes were looking horrible and rusty, and they got even more ugly with the salt and snow water in NY where I was stationed as I serve the military.I had let Carlos know how displeased I was, because my neighbors all drive Benz and BMWs and their brakes didn’t get rust on them. And he surprised me... Carlos asked me if he could have the mechanic paint them black. I accepted and I could not believe the results. It was quick, too. They didn’t get ruined by driving back to my hotel or driving back home. I’m proud to drive a Mitsubishi! Thank you so much!Every time I go get my free oil change, Carlos treats me like family. He is respectful and always looking to help. The lobby is spacious and I can use my lap top, have coffee, etc. My car was a great purchase, efficient with gas, and also a pretty model with high end rims.
