Due to a problem with your equipment, it was necessary to complete some of the work at a later time. I was told I would receive a call the following day to schedule the remainder of the work but I was not called. I left a message with your answering service to call me but I never received a call.No additional comment. This is not a problem for me. I'm just responding to your question.See previous description of the issue.lThe service advisor did not keep his word by call me to schedule a follow-up appointment to complete tyhe work as he said he would do.

I brought my vehicle in for an A/C concern and was advised that the compressor had failed, that refrigerant pressure was approximately 0.5 PSI, and that a system flush and recharge were required.I did not receive supporting diagnostic data (such as pressure readings, electrical testing results, or system command verification) at the time of the recommendation.I subsequently obtained an independent evaluation at another repair facility. Their diagnostic testing documented normal refrigerant pressures, proper compressor function, and identified the root cause as a faulty ambient temperature sensor. After replacement of the sensor, the system is now operating normally without compressor replacement or refrigerant service.Based on this outcome, the initial diagnosis and repair recommendations provided were not consistent with the verified condition of the vehicle. Additionally, some of the technical explanations provided during the visit did not align with standard A/C system operation.I would recommend improving diagnostic transparency by providing customers with objective test results and clearly distinguishing between confirmed failures and preliminary or unverified recommendations. This would help support informed decision-making and improve confidence in the service process.I brought my vehicle in for an A/C concern and was advised that the compressor had failed, that refrigerant pressure was approximately 0.5 PSI, and that a system flush and recharge were required.I did not receive supporting diagnostic data (such as pressure readings, electrical testing results, or system command verification) at the time of the recommendation.I subsequently obtained an independent evaluation at another repair facility. Service Dept should be more clear from the road so as to not park on the sales sideStated in other questionBesides what was stated in the previous question, I inquired about a plastic part that continues to pop out near my front lights. The employeed stated i need to contact a collison department since it looks like it was hit with something. The service advisor was very friendly and knowledgable. I would like a car fax report on my car. I purchased my car the end of January and after owning it 2 days noticed a piece that keeps popping out near the front lights. I should contacted you when I noticed it but have been extremely busy. I know nothing has hit it due to parking very far from other cars but it does appear something hit it. I would like the report since my car is used. Thank you in advance, Dina Jackson 2025 mitsubishi eclipse crossThe service center entrance should be marked more clearly. It was my first time coming to the service center side and I didn't know where to go so I parked in the purchasing side. I had to drive into the road to get to the other side because an electric car was charging in the through way.Stated in previous questions
