I used the on line service to set up for inspection, oil change and tire rotation. When I got to the service center they had the inspection but not the other services listed. I had to wait later for the oil change and tire rotation.I think the on line request for service can be improved.

The process was very smooth, the staff was great. I recommend Reading Mitsubishi to all my family and friends.
