Would be nice to have some snacks and such in waiting area. More drinks besides the coffee packets.Loaner vehicles would be amazing. I am far away from the site and sitting in the waiting area for the day is a challenge.Jessica the service manager was my service adviser. She really knows what’s going on and was so helpful with looking after my car.

The new lady, who I believe is the service supervisor, was great! She was honest and gave feedback that was important. I never felt like they were trying to get a sale or up charge for any services that were not needed. She gave recommendations that would fit my vehicle but never felt pressured to have to do it. Most importantly, she went over my warranty with me to let me know this would be my last service covered under their policy, which was nice to know ahead of time!
