Set up some working desks with power plugs for laptops. Offer snacks and water/soft drinks.Offer free loaner cars if the service will take more than X hours.Friendly, professional, personal front staff at service dept. Very competent and honest mechanical staff. Correctly identified problem and did not oversell.

I didn't notice that there were scratches on the driver's side, hood area. I actually noticed them yesterday in the sun. I didn't notice them before because I mostly use my vehicle in the evening.I absolutely LOVE your facility! The employees went above and beyond to help me get the vehicle that I was very interested in. I don't have the words to express how much I appreciate the staff. All i can really say is thank you so much, Jarrett, Mr. Brother, and Mr. Blue Tinted glasses!The employees are very attentive to your needs/wants in a vehicle.

Seats in the waiting area could use a wipe down.

Sometimes on mobile it can be clunky.This is always a fight and unfortunately you almost lost business when i have to fight for interest rates, price and trade in. At the end he was very nice overall. I know how this part works and it frustrates me.
