The brand new windshield wipers that I had installed two weeks prior had been removed and had single blade windshield wipers replaced.Kim went above and beyond to assist and guide me thru the process. My insurance company dropped the ball and Kim followed up to ensure the work was done.The communication, customer service and follow up were excellent. They all understood the bad situation I was in. And try to resolve it as soon as possible.
