The contents of the console were left in a pile on the passenger seat for the 2nd time and the glue I asked to be removed that was left from the first visit was still there.I was a little apprehensive about going back to Reading Mitsubishi due to the ownership change but Kim the Service Manager was still there and very friendly and knowledgeable as always. I asked about discount coupons and she told me the new owners were going to start this again because I need a CVT maintenance but it is very costly.Always friendly and always fixed correctly

I bought a 2024 Mirage, which is no longer in production. A two year old car, a discontinued model, and you still had several of them on th lot - that should have bene worth a discount off the sticker price. Although the payments were apprximately what I wanted, since leaving the lot and fully realizing I bought a new 2024 in 2025, I feel a bit cheated on price.ALthough I was not happy with the price, I do believe the team worked in good faith to find me a quick solution to my vehicle problem, get financing approved, and get me in a new car in a short time. Everyone was friendly and not at all pushy.
