The entire move in process was simple and everyone I have spoke with has been very helpful. It had been a long time since I had rented from a company rather than a private party and I expected it to be more cold and detached.

I think this is in regards to the maintenance request to replace the outside motion flood lights. If it is it went awesome. They actually put in brand new lights that are way brighter so it lights up the whole parking lot at night which is great since it's not the best area. Very happy with that - thank you
