RE Gladiators = Thank you for being on our TEAM!!! You all are our ROCKSTARS that never gives us headaches. Even though our rentals are about 10mins away I don't feel the need to go check on them. My wife and i hiered Gladiators during 3020. Thus we will be submitting their partial documention for 2020 and our documentation to our CPA for him to interpret and advise on how we can best utilize both . Thus said wee continue to be optimist that our choosing Gladiators to manage our 2 properties, 4 units will be a blessing in 2021 and it was through the challsnges of 2020. DnB
