Very reliable nice new home

Been renting with these Ladies managing for little over a year, AWESOME!!!! Love my digs! Ease of payment, reporting maintenance issues handled quickly, efficiently AND PROFESSIONALLY!! Upon renewal of lease, I WASN'T SHOCKED by increase rather pleasantly surprised considering others reported increases around me. ( hoping this trend for me continues;-)) Their communication is AWESOME! I LOVE REMINDERS FOR ALL THE REMINDING NECESSARY! They completed a window installation how about the installer use my table saw to trim it out and when you got done he said that the lock doesn't work on the window he was going to get a hold of Lowe's and make some kind of an appointment to come back to fix the window
