We've been renting with Real Estate Gladiators for almost 2 years now and they have always been swift with maintenance requests and sorting out anything that is really important to us as tenants. We've had a couple of issues with this unit since moving in, but they were really quick in getting it solved. On the day of move in the washer was leaking and they had a repairman out the next day. There was also a leaking pipe from the condo above us in our master bedroom and that was repaired the next Monday after putting in the request on Friday. The hole in the ceiling did not get repaired for a while but that was because of the condominium HOA and not Real Estate Gladiators. We had issues with the fireplace pilot light going out constantly, and the most recent repair was the master bathroom showerhead starting to leak continuously. That required a full reinstallation of the shower plumbing due to calcium buildup. All-in-all, even though we've had a lot of issues with this unit since moving in because it's starting to show it's age, Real Estate Gladiators has been on top of everything getting resolved quickly and easily through the portal.
