Everything goes smoothly each month. I appreciate that. Please note that I plan to sell my 9041 17th Ave SW, Seattle house when the lease expires on 6/30/23. I expect that the tenants of my house at 702 13th Ave E Seattle will exercise their right to extend their lease for one year when the current term expires on 5/30/23. If they do, the rent increases to $6,100 per month. Thanks, Ken Krasner
