The entire move in process was simple and everyone I have spoke with has been very helpful. It had been a long time since I had rented from a company rather than a private party and I expected it to be more cold and detached.

You've really nailed the contact less experience. I don't really feel compelled to drive to Monroe and I APPRECIATE your prompt attention. I was a bit leary after reading reviews in the beginning, SO FAR SO GOOD LADIES! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK ;-)
