From my initial phone call I spoke with Otis Clay. I asked for his help by suggesting what would be my best option for an equity loan. I believed Mr. Clay took my current situation into account as I explained my apprehensions. He suggested a sensible and adequate amount for a loan to take care of all the things I had mentioned.Every person with whom I had interaction in the Real Estate office was kind, professional, patient and respectful. All representatives were very courteous. Questions answered promptly and clearly.

The customer service and support I recieved through the entire process was incredible. Each person I worked with was patient and kind, taking the time to answer all of my questions.
