The Management Team has been great and responsive. Unfortunately house was not move in ready. We have had to clean up the entire space. The back patio had so much trash (nails, beer cans, nail polish bottles, broken glass, to name a few things). Owner installed paper blinds in bathroom which with shower steam ended up creating moist on paper and falling off. We're still missing a mosquito net in one of the closet windows. Owner said he would replace a few things, which he did not. He found "cheap" ways around it.
