The last visit was to check the air conditioning, where the technician realized the fault and I am waiting for a response. The problem has been a topic for some time.

Overall, we've had a great experience. Michael Wittman has been very helpful the few times we've had issues after hours with the property we're renting. He's responsive and takes action quickly to resolve the issue. We've definitely appreciated it because things don't always go wrong during business hours.

Tech arrived on time and was pleasant and stayed until he cleared the clogged drain

Overall you do a good job responding to maintenance issues. We like the ease of using the app. However I am disappointed with lack of communication about the HOA sprinkler checks and other things going on in the community. We are not notified about any thing as renters. Also have asked every year with rent renewal and rental increases if we are able to get the property inside painted and new carpets in bedrooms. We have renters in this condo for over 6 years and half that time with your service. It’s never been updated prior to renting and really could use refresh. Especially since we are paying now $2000 monthly. Its keeps going up but not fair to us. Vincent never responds to this when I ask. It’s like he doesn’t ask the owner. We would appreciate you asking to see if they would be willing to.

Angela has been awesome. Smart, understanding and kind. The "fix it" guru is terrific and all repair companies that you have sent have been very competent and efficient.
