I had a repair guy out here in February,he took the lock off my living room window and never came back,when I said something I was told I should let him fix it since he was going to do it, really I contacted the company in September if he was planning on replacing it he would have done it by then , also I was told if I didn't use him that the owner will not pay for the repairs and I would have to pay . Also he repaired my back door and you can see daylight through the door because he installed it wrong. I don't feel safe with this man and I don't want him in my place , since he took the lock off,I should not have to pay to have it repaired.

too much involved in getting maintenance issues resolved. after several attempts one, in particular, remains, remains a problem. Maintenace requests are not handled efficiently.

Nothing was done. The maintenance request was simply merged with another long outstanding request that they are draggin their feet on.

I like the way everything is ran so professionally, for example, keeping track with a census of everyone who lives in the community along with license plates and makes of cars. Etc I think that it really helps. Keep the quality standards high.

The maintenance workers were very polite. I'm respectful and did a great job
