Reluctant to bother asking them to fix it again because I’ll get the same result. The guys who came to fix the closet door were fine but the door really needs to be replaced because it worked for one more opening and then I came back from a week away (with no one coming in while away) and the door had come off it’s hardware again and was flapped open and since the door is too heavy and large and old and screw holes warped and useless, the hardware is loose again and the door doesn’t operate properly. This is quite frustrating. One of the workers mentioned that the door should be replaced but they were reluctant to do it because the company may not be happy having to fix a door that didn’t work right since I moved in in August.

Our toilet was replaced. The gentleman took apart the toilet and then realized he had the wrong size toilet. He left us without a toilet to go get the right size. When he returned during the installation process the valve broke. He had to run out to get a replacement part. We were without a toilet for 7 hours and only 1 bathroom in the house. The cover to the heater was removed and not put back on. The bathroom is painted blue but now white pant is visible where the toilet is.

Please just fix the issue I've been trying to get a pipe that keeps clogging and needs to be fixed for over a year that attached to kitchen sink but you come out and only think it's the sink when I repeatedly stated it's not the sink that's the major problem and yet it's still not fixed

I have asked around and this repair man has a very bad reputation,if I could find that out how could you not see it don't you check background? And you send him into tenant homes and you threaten me by saying if I don't use him that I will have to pay . I had a repair guy out here in February,he took the lock off my living room window and never came back,when I said something I was told I should let him fix it since he was going to do it, really I don't contacted the company in September if he was planning on replacing it he would have done it by then , also I was told if I didn't use him that the owner will not pay for the repairs and I would have to pay . Also he repaired my back door and you can see daylight through the door because he installed it wrong. I don't feel safe with this man and I don't want him in my place , since he took the lock off,I should not have to pay .

too much involved in getting maintenance issues resolved. after several attempts one, in particular, remains, remains a problem. Maintenace requests are not handled efficiently.

Nothing was done. The maintenance request was simply merged with another long outstanding request that they are draggin their feet on.
