Bria Lewis was exceptionally rude when handling our request for AC units to be provided by Realty Solution. We were informed that the unit would have central AC by Samantha Torres, the realtor who showed the apartment, who has proven to be so ill-informed about the apartment it took the upstairs resident to inform us we had access to the driveway. And that is just one of the shortcomings of Ms. Torres. Bria claimed to have spoken with the owner “over the phone” and they are refusing to provide us with AC units for our unit. When we asked for written proof of this conversation we were ignored. When I followed up on this request several days later, Bria Lewis stated there is no update and again refused to provide written proof of the conversation.

The removal of snow was the worst thing I've ever seen. I could not park my car back there for over a week which was very inconvenient for me even when I park on the street I had to be walking through and over deep snow in the front. 2x I lost my balance just front the front door to my car.

Nothing was done about the heater being serviced and I had to pay out of 30.00 for additional heater filters because they were getting dirty about everything 2-3 weeks. Heater ducts have never been cleaned as long as I've been here

There has been an issue for a couple years. Whenever it snows water finds its way down the inside wall of entrance to the building.Still a tarp hanging in the entrance. Sheet rock has been breaking due to being wet. I hope they replace sheet rock.

Reluctant to bother asking them to fix it again because I’ll get the same result.The guys who came to fix the closet door were fine but the door really needs to be replaced because it worked for one more opening and then I came back from a week away (with no one coming in while away) and the door had come off it’s hardware again and was flapped open and since the door is too heavy and large and old and screw holes warped and useless, the hardware is loose again and the door doesn’t operate properly. This is quite frustrating. One of the workers mentioned that the door should be replaced but they were reluctant to do it because the company may not be happy having to fix a door that didn’t work right since I moved in in August.

Our toilet was replaced. The gentleman took apart the toilet and then realized he had the wrong size toilet. He left us without a toilet to go get the right size. When he returned during the installation process the valve broke. He had to run out to get a replacement part. We were without a toilet for 7 hours and only 1 bathroom in the house. The cover to the heater was removed and not put back on. The bathroom is painted blue but now white pant is visible where the toilet is.
