I like the way everything is ran so professionally, for example, keeping track with a census of everyone who lives in the community along with license plates and makes of cars. Etc I think that it really helps. Keep the quality standards high.

We have been using Realty Solutions for about 6 months to help us deal with our rental properties which are mostly condos in Atlantic City. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to dealing with tenants (and some tenants can be difficult). The staff also deals with maintenance and repair issues quickly, and answer all our questions. The portal is easy to use and is up-to-date with how much rent the tenants are paying and when they pay it, and other things we need to know. I highly recommend Realty Solutions!
