I like that realty solutions keeps the same vendors long term. When I lived here in 2019 and needed an electrician it was the sane company and guy that came out both times. As a female I appreciate the consistency.

Capstone couldn't come out right away since it rained for a few days. However, once they inspected the issue, with which they were familiar, they made the necessary repairs. I haven't had any problem since then.

I put a maintenance request in because our thermostat wasn’t working properly & the gas bill was outrageous. Andy responded & within 15 minutes I received a phone call they came out the next day & replaced the thermostat

The apartment is spacious, beautiful, and well maintained. Any maintenance issues are taken care of in a timely and thorough manner. The application, move in process, and resigning the lease were all easy processes. Glad to have chosen Realty Solutions and would highly recommend to others.
