Until I understood how Realty Solutions worked I got frustrated. Turns out it was me not understanding their process. Management actually took the time to phone me (NOT a bot email but a real phone call) to explain everything. I am extremely happy with them.

Issue with HOA fee. The gentlemen I spoke with explained what happened in a way I could understand. Because of the confusion and my assumption that the fee had been paid, he was kind enough to refund late fee and set me up with automatic payment. Very satisfied.

I like that realty solutions keeps the same vendors long term. When I lived here in 2019 and needed an electrician it was the sane company and guy that came out both times. As a female I appreciate the consistency.

Capstone couldn't come out right away since it rained for a few days. However, once they inspected the issue, with which they were familiar, they made the necessary repairs. I haven't had any problem since then.
