Capstone couldn't come out right away since it rained for a few days. However, once they inspected the issue, with which they were familiar, they made the necessary repairs. I haven't had any problem since then.

I put a maintenance request in because our thermostat wasn’t working properly & the gas bill was outrageous. Andy responded & within 15 minutes I received a phone call they came out the next day & replaced the thermostat

Yes, workers did a good job clearing leaves that were clogging rain gutters. But, on Nov 9th Capstone returned to my building L to complete some roof repairs due to a previous leak. At that time workers noticed that the gutters were again full of leaves. They cleared them of the debris. This will be a recurring problem considering the quantity of fallen leaves where I reside. I would strongly suggest installation of gutter guards. This will ensure proper water drainage leading away from the building which is essential in the prevention of water damage. Also, this will reduce the need for continual gutter cleaning and the expense associated with the cleaning. Thank you.

I’m a big fan of the tenant portals. It makes paying rent and putting in maintenance requests super easy. Whenever there is an issue you guys are pretty good at responsibility at a decent time. I have no issues with reality solutions. The only thing I’d recommend is getting better maintenance people. I put in a request probably 3 times since I’ve lived here and for some reason when we have super heavy rains the ceiling in my bedroom still leaks and each time it does the crack in the ceiling gets bigger. But no issues with u guys just the maintenance people who come, they walk on the roof for 15 minutes and the. Leave.
