Since our landlord set our rent due date to the 15th of each month, we would receive calls, letters, and emails threatening eviction since the computer system is set up for the first of each month. This is something we dealt with the entire time we lived at the property and it would have been great if that could have been corrected.

My roommate and I had a pretty good experience. Andy was very responsive and addressed mostly every issue we had. There were a lot of things that were not his fault, but the owners and he did a lot to make sure anything we ever needed got taken care of. We feel we were treated fairly and I would reccomend Realty Solutions.

While the unit itself was not 100% confition, the support We received on making the necessary corrections were handled professionslly and timely by Kyree. We appreciate all his attentiveness.

Inspection went good. Property manager called me to set up appointment and followed up via email. As always thanks for your service. Very easy to deal with your staff.!!

Just a couple of things. You can never talk to your representative first. You always talk to someone who passes the request along. Don’t know if realty solutions is in charge of this but trash and recycling is awful. When they miss it should be reported. If we pay we should get a rebate. Lands a cape looks nice but they blow clippings inside the door and when you open the door they come inside.
