Just a couple of things. You can never talk to your representative first. You always talk to someone who passes the request along. Don’t know if realty solutions is in charge of this but trash and recycling is awful. When they miss it should be reported. If we pay we should get a rebate. Lands a cape looks nice but they blow clippings inside the door and when you open the door they come inside.

Problem with hornet nest. Handled promptly

I had two building repairs recently. One was related to water coming in through my living room, bedroom and bathroom windows. They has to removed the siding to install Tyvek. The issue was resolved. I had some interior damage; however, I purchased new windows and the cracks were repaired by the window company. Only thing left is repaint the window sills. The other project was water leaking from the upstairs balcony. The issue was determined and has been resolved.

The workers were respectful of me and the interior of my condo. The job was finished quickly and any mess that was made was cleaned before they left, Two screens were damaged on the outside by the workers. They said they would repair them.
